I live in the local community and volunteer on your community council to give back, connect with my neighbours, and be actively involved in local decision making, whilst supporting community issues. CKCC allows me to advocate for important causes, and help towards creating a positive impact for everyone.

I help to run lots of groups and events for the community. I work hard to find out what the residents views are and turn these into achievable goals for us all to work towards. I love making flyers and posters to promote community events. I also lead activities for the kids so they can take full advantage of what their local area can offer.

I live in Colinsburgh and have been involved in community activities since moving here. My first involvement was to help save Colinsburgh Library. Next came the setting up of Colinsburgh Community Trust. A few years later, I joined CKCC. I’m a grandad and love family life. I also write thrillers, historical fiction, poetry, and play golf (badly).
